Up in the air

I really loved this movie. this movie was actually a good debate on the classical subjects: job, marriage, purpose in life. It has a great generic, great key moments, great clooney-smiley, great old pilot with a great-white-combed-mustache, I had a great company at the movie...so...I will give it a great smiley back. :)

Das Weisse Band

un film greu si indepartat, dureros si poetic. filmul strecoara din cenusa trecutului, amintiri inregistrate alb-negru si insiruite intr-un lant explicativ, de poveste depanata din memorie, memoria unui batran, ce o data era invatator intr-un orasel nemtesc de provincie. oraselul mic bantuit de forte rele ce provoaca accidente bizare. care sunt faptasii? e un film fantomatic, si deductiv. care e patternul, in care evenimentele se inlantuiesc. care este sursa raului? la actiunea filmului participa intreaga comunitate, ca personaj colectiv, din care caracterele individuale se desprind putin cate putin. dezvaluiri mici, dau la iveala secrete intunecate; de sub masti incepe sa apara viciul, culminand cu descoperirea ca pana si puritatea copiilor este doar aparenta. sirul deductiilor ii incrimineaza ca fiind autorii crimelor din oras.

am urmarit filmul cu foarte multa rabdare. asa cum urmaresti un film cotat bine de critici, dar cu care tu nu rezonezi in nici un fel. nu m-au urmarit fiori pe sira spinarii, nu m-am perpelit de curiozitate, nu am ramas muta de facinatie, nu m-a suprins. nimic. discutand cu un prieten pe marginea filmului, mi s-a explicat ca probabil imi lispeste eva din substratul educativ in care au fost crescuti copii protestanti. pedepsiti pentru greseli pe care nu le intelegeau, obligati sa se comporte perfect, invinuiti fara explicatii, ei nu reuseau decat sa mimeze perfectiune, adunand tot gunoiul sub pres. de aici, probleme nerezolvate, refulari, aparitia viciului.

"Scenes From The Attic" shows monologues, dialogues and group scenes they have been working on in the 12 week English Drama Course.

Anna, 28 y.o., a businesswoman, and Sam, 35 y.o., a pastry chef, sit in their living room. They have been lovers for seven years. And now their relationship is in crisis. Anna has recently fallen in love with another woman – Sachi (23 y.o.). And Sam is having an affair in retaliation.
